Kindred Yoga Course

What Is Kindred Yoga?

This is a Curriculum intended to teach yoga to all people regardless of current ability.  Kindred Yoga is a methodical look at breath work, asana practice and meditation all together. As a practice, the mind & body connection will come together to teach you to guide yourself to improved mobility and all around wellness.  


The full Kindred Yoga course curriculum is 30 weeks, offered in 5 levels of classes, each 6 weeks long.  The levels build onto each other so you are ready for each posture as it is introduced.  We meet once a week for 75 minutes where you will receive detailed instruction.  Then you will leave with notes for your home practice that week.  Your home practice can be 30 minutes a day or longer if you choose.
