We begin with an empowering, accessible power yoga flow designed to build heat, confidence, and strength. Modifications will be offered throughout, making this practice welcoming for beginners while still engaging for experienced students.
After movement, we transition into a deeply guided Yoga Nidra meditation — a systematic relaxation practice that brings the body into stillness while the mind remains gently aware.
