Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about giving more of yourself away.

On Wednesday, February 11th, join us for a candlelit restorative yoga experience designed to soothe your nervous system, soften the body, and open the heart — gently and intentionally.

This evening is slow, quiet, and deeply supportive. You’ll be guided through restful, supported yoga poses while a licensed massage therapist offers short, intuitive healing massages to help release tension and invite deeper relaxation. We’ll close the evening with a healing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and solfeggio tuning forks to harmonize the body and calm the mind.
