This journey, we will take together!!! I will start us off, and then I will be fully participating in the journey with you instead of watching / facilitating. You may use this to go deep, in the comfort of your own space, or you may use it as a guide, watching or following along my breathwork journey to get a peek into what it can look like for others.
You may leave your screen on , or have it off, however you feel the most comfortable.
