Sessions are 60 minutes and can incorporate gentle breathwork elements if desired.

  • 9D Breathwork

    1:1 sessions (in-person or virtual via Zoom), or inquire for small-group options. These immersive, guided experiences go deeper than regular breathwork. Using connected breathing patterns combined with layered sound frequencies, binaural beats, and gentle vocal guidance, 9D helps you access and release stored emotions, stress, and tension that talk therapy or everyday practices often can't reach. You lie comfortably (eyes closed, often with headphones for full immersion), breathe in a rhythmic cycle, and let the multi-layered audio support a profound nervous system reset. Many experience emotional release, forgiveness, rebuilt self-trust, empowerment, and mental clarity—without needing to explain or verbalize anything. Ideal for: Releasing what words can't express Calming overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout Supporting recovery by reducing triggers and rebuilding inner safety Gaining deeper self-connection and lasting calm Sessions are 60–90 minutes (including integration time). Trauma-informed, judgment-free space—tailored to your comfort level.

    In-person or virtual sessions (single or supportive packages available). These one-on-one sessions blend practical goal-setting with the tools you've already experienced through yoga and breathwork—helping you build sustainable habits for a calmer mind, stronger body, and more empowered life. Whether you're managing burnout and daily stress, navigating recovery (sobriety support, trigger management, rebuilding self-trust), or simply wanting more mindfulness and clarity in everyday living, we'll work together to: Regulate your nervous system for lasting calm Set realistic goals that stick Process emotions safely and build resilience Integrate body-led practices into your routine for real, ongoing change Trauma-informed, judgment-free, and tailored to you.
