About the event
The kids are back in school… now it is time for you to take a breath. 🤍
Join Wendy and Jamie for Breathe & Reset , a gentle somatic breathwork and healing sound bath experience created to help you pause, release stress, and reconnect with yourself after a busy summer.
We will begin with a nurturing somatic breathwork session led by Wendy, using gentle breath and body-based practices to help release tension and settle the nervous system.
You will then be invited to fully rest and integrate during a healing sound bath led by Jamie, surrounded by the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments.
