Rooted in Resonance: Immersive Soundbath and Aromatherapy Session

Rooted in Resonance is an immersive in-person sound bath and aromatherapy experience designed to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and create space for deep rest.

You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, hand pan, rain drum, solfeggio tuning forks, grounding techniques, and intentional aromatherapy. This experience is created to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and settle into a peaceful state of presence.

No experience is necessary. Bring a pillow and a blanket for your own personal "nest", get comfortable, and allow the layers of personal touch, sound, scent, and stillness to support your reset.
